Pre-Event PR Campaign
The City of McAllen will host a series of events to showcase and tie-in parade partners. The events will include but are not limited to the following: press conferences, ceremonial events, media stunts will provide, staging, audio-visual, pipe and drape and video production
- 3 Press Conferences leading up to the event
- Media Coverage Acquisition & Administration (including major media partners across South Texas and Northern Mexico)
- Press Releases, the City of McAllen will include your company name alongside the name of McAllen Holiday Parade in press releases

- Signage will be provided by Sponsor or expenses generated by signage manufacturing will be covered by Sponsor
