- 5:30 pm - Depart Hotel for Tour of Event Grounds at Stadium and Christmas In The Park
- 6:00 pm - Tour of Event Grounds
- 7:00 pm - Return to Hotel
- 7:45 pm - Walk to McAllen Convention Center for Welcome Dinner
- 8:00 pm - Dinner Begins, Departure is at your leisure
Saturday, December 2, 2023
- 10:00 am - Tour of Event Command Center (Tentative)
- 1:20 pm - Walk to McAllen Convention Center for Meet & Greet Operational Overview
- 2:45 pm - Caravan Departs to Stadium
- 6:00 pm - Parade Step Off
- 7:30 pm - Arrive at Parade Demob & await VIP Shuttle to be transported back to Hotel
- 9:00 pm - Depart Hotel to Dinner

Outerwear
